General
By placing an order you indicate that you agree with our terms and conditions. Interior Cowboys reserves the right to change its general terms and conditions in the interim.
Delivery
Delivery takes place while stocks last. Interior Cowboys strives to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. However, Interior Cowboys is not obliged to do so. We ship via PostNL.
The latest delivery period is 30 days after placing the order, provided that the product is in stock at the time of order.
If it proves impossible to deliver an order within 30 days, the customer will be informed about this in good time and he has the right to cancel his order free of charge.
Shipping costs
A contribution is charged for the packaging and shipping costs. All prices on the site are subject to printing and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typing errors. All our deliveries are sent via PostNL.
Payment
Payment of the order can be made in one of the following ways:
• Ideal pays in your trusted payment environment and you are automatically redirected to the internet banking page of your own bank. You can then immediately transfer the amount of the order.
• PayPal you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page after your order where you can transfer the amount. You can also pay with your credit card here.
Cancellation of your order
Any order can be canceled without giving reasons, if not yet shipped, within 24 hours after you placed the order. We request that you send an email to interiorcowboys@gmail.com. The cancellation of the order will be confirmed by e-mail. Once the cancellation request has been confirmed by Interior Cowboys, you may consider it received. If you have already paid for the canceled order, Interior Cowboys will credit this amount within fourteen (14) days at the latest.
Trial period/right of withdrawal
Unless stated otherwise, after receipt of the order, you have the right during a period of 14 working days to dissolve the purchase agreement by e-mail without stating reasons and to return the order within the same period. Any payments made (excluding administration and shipping costs) will be returned within 14 days. There is no right to a refund if the product has been used and/or damaged or if the order has been opened and/or not returned in its original packaging. After the expiry of the trial period of 14 working days, the purchase agreement becomes a fact.
Returning items
Interior Cowboys makes every effort to inform you about the articles via the website. If an item nevertheless does not meet your expectations, it can be returned.
Some conditions apply to returns:
The items to be exchanged must be reported as return within 14 working days after receipt at the delivery address via interiorcowboys@gmail.com;
the items to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging (without additional stickers or texts added);
Products that are custom or specially made for you, will not be accepted back. This was clearly stated in the confirmation email in advance; the items that have been reported for return must be returned to Interior Cowboys immediately, but no later than 14 working days after receipt of the order at the delivery address.
Interior Cowboys only accepts returns that have been registered in the manner described above and for which the instructions indicated when registering have been followed. Returns that have not been registered or have not been registered within the specified time will not be accepted.
Your return will be confirmed by e-mail after registration and after receipt of the item(s). In case of prepayment, the amount of the returns will be credited.
Exchange of items
If the item is not to your liking, it can be returned according to the above conditions. Your return will be processed and the money refunded to you.
Liability during shipment
Interior Cowboys is not liable for loss or damage to the goods during shipment. In the unlikely event that a problem should arise, please pass it on so that Interior Cowboys can submit a complaint to PostNL or the parcel service.
Guarantee
Interior Cowboys guarantees that the products delivered by it meet the requirements of usability, reliability and lifespan as reasonably intended by the parties to the purchase agreement and thus guarantees the manufacturer's warranty of the delivered product.
Retention of title
Ownership of the delivered products only transfers if the customer has paid Interior Cowboys all that the customer has to pay on the basis of the agreement(s) concluded with regard to the delivered products.
